CAUTION: When tightening the mounting TORX® screw, be sure to observe the tightening torque. Otherwise, the mount may be damaged in over-torque conditions. 1. NORMAL MIRROR TYPE 1. Slide the mirror assembly - inner rearview to the mirror mount to install. NOTE: If the mirror mounting is damaged, replace the windshield glass. Tightening torque: Refer to “COMPONENT” of “General Description”. General Description > COMPONENT 2. HOME LINK TYPE 1. Slide the mirror assembly - inner rearview to the mirror mount to install. NOTE: If the mirror mounting is damaged, replace the windshield glass. Tightening torque: Refer to “COMPONENT” of “General Description”. General Description > COMPONENT 2. Attach the harness cover (a). 3. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. NOTE 4. Perform calibration and zone setting of the rearview mirror. Remove the lens by prying the edge of
the lens with a flat-head screwdriver.
Pull the bulb out of the socket.
Install a new bulb.
Reinstall the lens.
