1. Install the engine coolant hose to the EGR cooler. • CVT model • MT model 2. Install the gasket (A) to the stud bolt. NOTE: Use a new gasket. 3. Set the EGR cooler, and temporarily tighten the bolts securing the EGR cooler to the EGR control valve and cylinder head RH. NOTE: Use a new gasket. 4. Install the engine rear hanger. Tightening torque: 21 N·m (2.1 kgf-m, 15.5 ft-lb) 5. Install the nuts securing the EGR cooler to the cylinder head RH. Tightening torque: 9 N·m (0.9 kgf-m, 6.6 ft-lb) 6. Tighten the bolt securing the EGR cooler to the EGR control valve. Tightening torque: T1: 9 N·m (0.9 kgf-m, 6.6 ft-lb) 7. Tighten the bolts holding the EGR cooler to the cylinder head RH. Tightening torque: T2: 6.4 N·m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb) 8. Support the engine with a lifting device and wire ropes. 9. Remove the bolt from the ST. 10. Remove the bolt and nut to remove ST. 11. Install the front cushion rubber to the front mounting bracket and engine mounting bracket. Tightening torque: T1: 25 N·m (2.5 kgf-m, 18.4 ft-lb) T2: 45 N·m (4.6 kgf-m, 33.2 ft-lb) 12. Install the nut to the transmission mounting bracket LH. Tightening torque: 45 N·m (4.6 kgf-m, 33.2 ft-lb) 13. Install the transmission mounting bracket RH. Tightening torque: T1: 45 N·m (4.6 kgf-m, 33.2 ft-lb) T2: 75 N·m (7.6 kgf-m, 55.3 ft-lb) 14. Remove the lifting device and wire ropes. 15. Remove the ST1 and ST2 from the engine unit.
16. Connect the engine coolant hose (A) and engine coolant hose (B) to the EGR cooler. (CVT model) 17. Connect the engine coolant hose to the EGR cooler. (MT model) 18. Lift up the vehicle. 19. Connect the engine coolant hose to the water pipe RH. 20. Install the center exhaust pipe. Center Exhaust Pipe > INSTALLATION 21. Lower the vehicle. 22. Install the air intake boot. Air Intake Boot > INSTALLATION 23. Install the V-belt cover. Tightening torque: 6.5 N·m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.8 ft-lb) 24. Fill engine coolant. Engine Coolant > REPLACEMENT 25. Set the front hood to the normal position. NOTE 26. Close the front hood. |
